Intel Nuc BOXNUC7i7BNHX1

Saludos y muchas gracias anticipadas

I would try to replace the CMOS battery. Since this battery in your NUC is located on board upper site, the board need to be removed from its case.  This video will help you with this task.  You may buy a replacement battery in your local dealer or online (this is an example).   Before installing the new battery, verify that the wire polarity is the same as in the original battery.

Hello,

It seems like your Intel NUC might have a CMOS battery issue causing the date to freeze. I recommend checking and replacing the CMOS battery. As for the LED behavior, consult the user manual for insights. If issues persist, contact Intel support.

Best regards,

@eleanoramber   "If issues persist, contact Intel support."

Is that not what the OP did?  Of, do you need chatgpt to answer that for you?
