MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2009) compatible with Intel's Solid-State Drive 530 Series (2.5-inch)?

Thanks in advance to all of the help,

I'm looking at swapping out my MacBook Pro's (13-inch, Mid 2009) aging HDD with Intel's Solid-State Drive 530 Series (2.5-inch). I'm trying to find out if the two are compatible? The form factor (2.5-inch) and thickness

(7 mm) seem like a good fit.
