Hi @KarmaRaq,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
Veuillez noter que je ne peux vous soutenir qu’en anglais. J’ai utilisé un outil de traduction Web pour traduire cette réponse, il se peut donc qu’il y ait une traduction inexacte.
Before we proceed, please note that this is an OEM device, we will try to assist you with general troubleshooting steps even if it’s something not traditionally covered in our support. However, if the issue still persists, you will have to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer of your device. Your device manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components for better compatibility with your system.
Regarding the event viewer message you saw, the 6xxx events by the Intel WiFi driver are informational (even if Windows may indicate some of these as "Warning" level) and don't need to be worried about. There should be no functional impact caused by these events. Event 6062 LSO was triggered: LSO stands for Large Send Offload. This event means there was a large packet that we split into small packages and offload them to the firmware. When this is logged in the event viewer, it just indicates above was carried out.
I'd like to better understand the situation you're in by asking the following questions:
1. Aside from the event viewer message, do you see any error message on the device manager when you get disconnected on your wireless network?
2. May if the wireless driver you have is from your laptop manufacturer or was downloaded thru Intel's download center?
Regards,
Ernesto C.
