Hello, I can't connenct via wireless with my Samsung TV (UE43NU7190U), I have a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible with updated drivers (20.19.15.5107). I click on "connect" in W10, I can see the TV but when I click on it the PC says "there's an error"

The TV says: " the connection request is failed"

This is a question you need to address to Microsoft Support (or as a second option to HP), Display Wireless connectivity/MIracast is discontinued and no longer supported:
