ICPS(21.23.294) Installation fails_error code 15613

Hello.

I try to install the Intel Connectivity Performance Suite 21.23.294ver.

But the wizard shut down before completion.

Same problem seems to be reported(https://community.intel.com/t5/Wireless/Intel-connectivity-performance-suite-21-23-294-installation/m-p/1463854#M45980)

Intel Automatic Driver and Software Updates continuously send me notice to install this update.

I would like to get any help to solve this problem.

My setup

- Windows 11 Pro 22H2

- Intel i5-1240p

- Intel WI-FI 6E AX211

Best Regards,

Vincent

Hello Vincent_Cho,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I am sorry you are having issues with your Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite, I will be glad to assist you.

Please provide the following information:

  • Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
  • Is your system an Intel® Evo™ or Intel vPro® platform?

Also, please try a manual installation of the latest Performance Suite version (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/738623/intel-connectivity-performance-suite-for-intel-wireless-products.html) and let me know if the same error code shows up.

Hello Steven,

Thank you for your reply.

I've checked the information asked:

  • My ICPS is pre-installed one. Nothing has been newly installed recently.
  • I don't have any idea about Intel platforms. My processor is 12th gen Intel CORE i5-1240p. The sticker under keyboard refers to CORE not to EVO or vPro. However, Intel Automatic Driver&Software Updates said I need this update, and that's why I thought I need this update.
  • I've already tried a manual installation, but failed.

Situation changed:

  • ICPS is not scanned at NETWORKING AND I/O section by Intel Automatic Driver&Software Updates.
  • So this ICPS update also disappeared on the available update list. And it is said that my drivers and software are up to date.

So... problem solved?

If the same issue occurs again, I'll report it.

Thank you,

Vincent

Many thanks for the response.

Please let us know if there is any issue again.

It seems the driver file was removed from Download Center, due to the issues. I will report if there is any change.
