Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz Errors

I have Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz on Windows 10, there are may errors in event viewer after upgrad driver to latest version (22.200.2.1).

any suggestion?

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz : Has encountered an internal error and has failed.

Warning 2023/4/20 15:25:36 Netwtw12 6062 None

The description for Event ID 6062 from source Netwtw12 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  

1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?  

2. Is the Bluetooth working?   

3. Is this a laptop or desktop computer? 

4. Do you see any errors in the device manager (code 10 or code 43)?

5. Are you having connection issues?

6. Are you having issues with the 2.4GHz band or also the 5GHz band?

I didn't use bluetooth and keep it disabled

seems the internet connection do not have any problem

6. Are you having issues with the 2.4GHz band or also the 5GHz band?

the router are configured to use only 2.4GHz band

1. How do the errors affect the wireless performance?

2. Is the issue only related to the error and there are no problems with the computer?

Hi Deivid,

The laptop randomly freeze and reboot, so I try to found the root cause from event viewer.

Currently there many warning and error from Netwtw12, I'm not sure if it causes the freeze and reboot problem but it's better to be fixed.

Thanks for your response. Based on your issue, please try the following:

1. Perform a clean install of the Intel driver:

2. Try the "Recommended Settings for 802.11ax Connectivity":

If the issue persists, I recommend you check this issue with the laptop manufacturer so they can run the tests needed on their device to confirm the root of the issue.

Hi Team

Today on 27th July 2023, Suddenly the only the computer WiFi get disconnected and then I check there is no more WiFi options available.

I checked the device manager and it is showing

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz has stopped working error code 43.

Then I uninstall the device and restarted the machine, so that it get installed fresh automatically.

Then I see the error

The device cannot start (code 10)
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

Could you please let us know the reason and fix.
