You didn't provide much information in order for people to assist you. The easiest/simplest solution is to use a working PC, download an older driver for your specific hardware. I suggest doing both wireless and Bluetooth together. On the problem PC, completely uninstall both Bluetooth and wireless drivers. Then install the older drivers for both Bluetooth and wireless. That's an initial problem-solving steps.
If you need more assistance, people will need the type of PC (motherboard, brand, model, etc), and the version of OS.
