Today, Windows (10) Update prompted me with a driver update for my "Intel Bluetooth Wireless". I had Windows install the update, and my Bluetooth mouse stopped working. Looking in device manager, it says that the AX200 Bluetooth device (which is built into my Asrock X570 Taichi mobo) is not present. It was present before the driver update (to 22.200.0.2) and now does not work. I uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted repeatedly, I downgraded to the 22.190.0 driver but that doesn't seem to install properly. I'm continuing to search the web for answers, and I see a lot of people in the past couple weeks reporting the same issue, but I haven't found anyone that has fixed it yet. Help!
Edit: I also tried reinstalling the Bluetooth driver from Asrock (22.70.2.1) and no difference.

Microsoft says that if your device is having trouble, the device driver update might help. If you were not having any trouble, why did you update it?

Regarding driver updates, there should be a reason for doing the update.
If you have researched the driver update and know what it does, and it corrects a problem you have or offers stability and performance improvements, then yes, update the driver. BUT... Take precautions first. Make sure you have a checkpoint you can restore to in case ANYTHING goes wrong, or you have the previous driver install saved so it can be applied again.
Blindly doing driver updates is a mistake, whether the driver is offered by Microsoft or Intel. Many users have no idea why they are updating except to have the "latest". Latest is not always good.
