Thank you for your support.Tomorrow, I will use a WiFi connection to verify after switching the system at the customer site.I was inquired whether it would be possible to deal with the problem without initializing the system.I hope that the PC will be connected to the network with a simple response.

Hello KMika2,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
We would like to inform you that we only provide support in English and we use a translation tool for your post. Also, we might not be able to translate screenshots not shown in the English language.
We noticed from the last post that you install the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) driver, in this case, from HP. We would like to know if the issue is solved after installing the OEM driver.

Hello KMika2,
Could you please confirm if the issue persists or is it solved after installing the latest driver as per the link you referenced?
If the issue persists, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report (.txt file) to this thread.
1- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
2- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
3- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
4- To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.

Hello KMika2,
Thank you for the report provided.
We would like to recommend a clean installation of the Wireless driver following the steps below:
1- Download the latest system-specific driver from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), in this case, from HP website*, driver version 21.10.0.5*.
2- Disconnect the system from the Internet.
3- Uninstall the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software. You may skip this step if you don't see Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software under Programs and Features.
- Open Programs and Features (Uninstall a program) from the Control Panel.
- Select Uninstall or Change and then Remove.
- When prompted, choose to discard settings.
4- Proceed to the next step if you start seeing the same version of the driver installed automatically after it’s uninstalled:
- Go to Device Manager.
- Expand the Network Adapters category
- Right-click your Intel Wireless Adapter and choose to uninstall it
- Make sure to select the option to Delete the driver software for this device
5- Restart your computer.
6- Locate the driver you downloaded back in Step 1. Run as administrator, and follow the wizard to completion.
7- Reconnect to the Internet.
If the issue persists, you can try the following:
a- Repeat steps from 1 to 7 using the Intel® generic driver, the latest package version is 21.40.2 (driver version is 19.51.24.3).
b- You can contact HP support* for assistance regarding BIOS update. There is a newer BIOS version available (01.08.01) and it may include fixes regarding Wireless issues or performance.
c- You can check also with HP support for additional steps to see if the issue could be related to a hardware issue on the Wireless Adapter.

Hi
I chose and tried to install, but it is the same situation.
1. "Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless AC 3168" netwtw04.inf
2. "Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter" netvwifimp.in ---f.>1
3. "Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter #2" netvwifimp.inf --->(2)
4. "Real Tech PCIe GBE Family Controller" oem15.inf
(1) and (2) have the following different values.
- Event log information
- UI number
- Address
- Installation date
- Driver Key Physical Device Object Name
I asked HP Support how to erase it, but she said that "initialize the system" is the only way.
we are sorry.
Best Regards, K.M
