bad internet connection intel(r) wi-fi 6 ax201 160mhz

i have just bought a new pre-built computer that uses  intel(r) wi-fi 6 ax201 160mhz and the connection to my wifi router is really low. i have even tried using my mobile hotspot and the connection is just as bad even thought im right next to the computer. Any advise on what the problem could be? do i have to buy a Ethernet cable? i have done the intel system support utility for windows and attached  it below

figured out the problem i had not installed the antenna that came with the computer.  i am a super new with computers and didnt know i needed an antenna. Mods can delete thread if needed.
