Contact intel regarding company license

Hi all,

In my company we have a license for intel fortran compiler 2016. The original requestor might be already gone from the company. I'm trying to contact intel regarding this license because I need to change the server but there's no way to contact intel directly, all the contact pages always point me to FAQs or this forum: no email, no ticket or anything.

Does anybody know how to get in contact with intel as a customer to ask about our license?
