I have a 2017 Parallel Studio installed for Phi with VS2017 and the oneAPI 2022.2 with VS2019 and VS2022 integration. Things work coding-wise, but the Intel Software Manager has not connected since August. The ism.exe is from 2017 in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\Intel Software Manager\ism.exe.

This is the reason why the Intel® Software Manager was not getting connected. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, you may use your Intel® Registration Center account for the same purpose. The information that was found on the Intel® Software Manager was available via the Intel® Registration Center's server.

I have no problem as long as 2017 works off license file, and it seems to work on a rebuild of a project.

Thanks for your understanding. Yes, the product will work the same (with serial number or license file) irrespective of the Intel® Software Manager.
