Intel one api base toolkit and hpc toolkit 2021 or older version availability for ABAQUS 2021

Dear Intel Team,

I am trying to link abaqus 2021 with fortran compiler. it seems that Abaqus 2021 is not compatible with the latest version of Intel oneAPI. t I am looking for both Intel oneAPI Base toolkit and Intel oneAPI HPC toolkit (version 2021.4) or older than that.

So, can you please share the links to donwload those versions? Also, if a license is required to download older versions please let me know the details
