Unable to complete install oneAPI

Hi, everyone.

I want to install oneAPI basekit and HTCkit to use fortran compiler in my laptop VS 2022(version 17.0.4). But after VS 2022 installation, I blocked oneAPI basekit installation. (2023, 2021 both versions were blocked.)

As you can see attached file, I can't contact log file.

I tried to install already before and I stopped the installation.

Please help me!

I want to ask again to expain my situation.

Above attatched picture is initial stage of installation.

The installation is not working.

I changed VS 2022 another version, but this situation is not changed, too.

(Even...if VS 2022 was not installed, same...)

Every tries were failed....
