failed to install oneAPI Basekit 2024.2.1.101

I've installed  visual studio 2022 ver 17.11.5 on the Windows 10 64-bit system, but I failed to  install oneAPI Basekit 2024.2.1.101 in both online and offline way. When I double-click the installation package w_BaseKit_p_2024.2.1.101_offline.exe, it prompts me that the C:\WINDOWS\System32\vrvsc_cHook.dll is not running on the specified Windows, with an error status of 0xc0000428. Then the installation stopped.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
