"not enough disk space" trying to install oneapi basekit 2024.2.1

Hello,

I am trying to install the oneapi basekit using the online installer on a linux system as follows:

./l_BaseKit_p_2024.2.1.100.sh -a --cli --download-cache=/cache-dir --install-dir=/install-dir

Both the install and cache dirs have terabytes of space. Yet the installer fails immediately with the following message

Extract l_BaseKit_p_2024.2.1.100 to /scratch/sbasu1/build/l_BaseKit_p_2024.2.1.100...
[###################################################################################################################################################################################]
Extract l_BaseKit_p_2024.2.1.100 completed!
Checking system requirements...
Error:
System requirements are not met.
Not enough disk space.
Not enough space available in /fs/dhome. Check disk quota set for the current user. 142.9 MB is required.
Remove extracted files: /scratch/sbasu1/build/l_BaseKit_p_2024.2.1.100...

Why is it checking the size of /fs/dhome? That is not my home directory, that is not where I want to download OR install anything, that is not even the location of the installer, which is in /scratch/sbasu1/build, also with several GB of space! How do I get past this?

The guide you pointed to was exactly the one I was following, apologies if that was not clear from my initial post. As I said in the initial post, I tried 

./l_BaseKit_p_2024.2.1.100.sh -a --cli --download-cache=/cache-dir --install-dir=/install-dir

which gave me the above error. I also tried

sh ./l_BaseKit_p_2024.2.1.100.sh -a --silent --eula accept

 which gave me the exact same error. I have tried specifying install and download cache dirs following your guide, which have several TB of space. And yet the installer complains about not enough space. Why is it checking for my quota in my home directory? That is completely irrelevant to the install!
