I have registered a software license on my account. However, an error occurred during the login process, so I created it with the same account.
After that, the existing registered software in the account is not displayed.
When I try to re-register, some say I've already registered, but they don't show up in the Licenses tab. When I register for anything else, it says that it is already registered to another account.
It's past the warranty period to get support, so all you have to do is post a question to the community center.
