Hi every one,
I am newbie in FPGA field. I am using a Stratix DSP Development Board. Today morning when i tried to connect my FPGA, Stratix became hot. I disconnected n reconnect again, then i checked that MAX 7000AE chip which is present on the board was getting very hot immediately after powered on . I concluded that MAX PLD chip is gone. Is it possible to replace that chip alone and if possible to whom i can consult that. Thank You.Link Copied

It is possible.
Get another one then find a local company in youyr area that builds electronic products using circuit boards. They will most likely have someone in the building that does in house reqork. Go talk to the production manager there, explain your need and offer up some $. I suspect within 4-5 calls / visits your problem will be solved.
