BT Headset 20 Seconds connection delay in Intel Bluetooth 24.40.11.1 on AX211

Hello, after upgrading bluetooth driver to 24.40.11.1 I noticed that my Airpods 3 started to take ~20 seconds between connection and sound output device appearing in the system. Version 24.40.10.3 seems to work fine. Exact 20s delay feels like some path hitting timeout...
