Hi, I don't have the microarchitecture exploration tab, I recently reset the laptop to factory settings, but before the reset, this tab was displayed with all metrics. I've already tried reinstalling vtune, but it didn't help. All drivers and windows 11 are updated. What could be the problem?

Os version: windows 11 22h2 22621.2215
I also ran default VTune matrix sample and a project that is created in visual studio 2022 by default, both in debug and release mode.
just put all the ticks and collection mode: detailed, I did this before resetting the laptop to factory settings and everything was displayed.
