Is it possible, after allocating the output data in the 3 arrays I need to give him beforehand, to have the actual size of nnz output array? That way I just need to cut the array I passed him beforehand to that value, instead of scrolling all the array to find a 0 and then cut.

I don't know the actual array size beforehand, but I know the maximum it can be.

I had an issue with my document reader and couldn't find it. Relied on Internet and found the old version. So it's solved now.
