Posix flags do not seem to be defined

The Posix flags
O_CREAT
O_RDWR
O_EXCL
O_APPEND, etc.

used in PXFOPEN & PXFCREAT do not seem to be defined
anywhere. I've looked in iflposix.f90 & they are not
there (where I would expect them). Does anyone know
where they are and what their values are?
