I can't undervolt my i5-11400H CPU

I'm using Intel XTU to undervolt my CPU voltage but I got an important notification will be attached as an image.
what is the solution ? It's very important for me

First, only X and K processors are supported by XTU.

Second, update your bios and check if your motherboard has undervolt disabled.
