This CPU supports DDR3L 1.35V, http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/desktop-6th-gen-core-family-datasheet-vol-1.html 6th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor Family Datasheet, Vol. 1 , p.18. No support for regular DDR. But motherboard decide which type of RAM will be supported in given system, so check the motherboard documentation.

No support for regular DDR. But motherboard decide which type of RAM will be supported in given system, so check the motherboard documentation.

On the performance of the cpu ???

Right now DDR4 have little real performance advances over DDR3.
