Hello,
We developped an USB3 device (based on FX3 from Cypress) (camera) which is connected to a host using your Q370 chipset.
After a while, a warm reset occurs. After some investigation from both Cypress an us, we have the behavior below:
In the Fig2, you can see that the Host goes from Recovery Idle to U0 even though the device is not in Recovery Idle (and hence it did not send the Idle Symbols yet to the Host). As per the USB 3.1 Spec, a port can transition to U0, after receiving certain number of Idle Symbols from the partner.
I attached the fig2 and 3.
Could you please comment this behaviour and how to avoid this ?
