Problem with E3400 @2.6 2.6

Hello i have a bit of a problem with my CPU.When i play 2 Lineage cliants at the same time the CPU works on 100% but before it worked on 40-50%.I re-installed windows to try to solve the issue but nothing has changed.Both cores seem to work fine when i check in BIOS or device manager.What do you think is the problem?

Please keep in mind that is totally normal to face a sudden increase of CPU on certain applications and programs.

We would recommend to verify that the latest BIOS version is updated on the system. Also, check if there is any background task that may increase the CPU usage.

I found out that this older version of the game has really bad engine that doesn't use video and ram.So it leeches only from the CPU and that's why it ups the usage so much.
