Hello,
Our product experienced a shock and vibration test and the IC EP4CE30F29I8LN malfunctioned after and the force it was subjected to was around 100g. May I know the "g" rating of this IC EP4CE30F29I8LN?

Yes,

it could be that.  And if you don't have that what is the expected "g" force the IC can withstand.
