Hello, everyone,
I have some problems when using the board card according to the manual of Intel FPGA Programmable Acceleration Card N3000 .
I hope to get the answers here.
In chapter 9, Section 2, on page 51, when I had installed PKtgen-3.7.1 and followed the relevant commands to receive and dispatch packages, it was not like the results shown in Picture 22.
In my experiment, no packets were sent.
Thanks !
Best regards,
ahaa

Can you provide some logs showing each step that you have taken and what are the outputs.
There is also the INSTALL.md instructions that you must follow on top of what the doc has.
For the hardware, did you connect a cable across both the QSFP?

Adding the last reply, here is INSTALL.md of pktgen, and for the limitation of types of uploading files,I
modified it as .txt and you can modify it for your convenience.
And there is a cable connecting QSFP A and B in 8x10G mode.
Thanks very much!

Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. Did you resolved this?
You might want to go through the below and see if you missed anything.
1) setting the iommu=pt intel_iommu=on pci=realloc
2) Enabling VT-d in BIOS
3) Binding the XL710 and FPGA to vfio-pci drivers
4) Run testpmd
You have to make sure the above were done before you proceed to testing with a pktgen.
