Xeon E5-2600V2 processors requirs https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23157&lang=eng BIOS 02.01.0002 or later. BIOS 1.08 should be able to boot with V2 processors, but if your BIOS version is older than that it won't boot. You'll have to update the BIOS with a processor of E5-2600 family first.
See http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-033244.htm Processor compatibility for details.
