Soft errors reliability

Does altera have performed Neutron and Alpha Soft errors test on their produces ?

I don't know about tests, but a search for "soft error rate" on www.altera.com turns up some hits. If nothing there discusses tests, you should ask your FAE.

My FAE told me that they have done this for internal purposes but it is not generally published. 

 

I believe that some published information was done by someone at JPL.
