Hi,

i know that there are some threads about that kernel configure isue.

I'm using NIOS II IDE Version: 5.0 Build: 73c and and Quratur II 5.0.

When i run configure kernel direct from the IDE i get the crt0.o not found error. So i tried umount /usr/lib and the crt0.o error disapeared insted i got:

In file included from /cygdrive/d/altera/kits/nios2/bin/eclipse/plugins/com.micr otronix.nios2linux.kernel_1.4.0/linux-2.6.x/scripts/lxdialog/dialog.h:32,                 from /cygdrive/d/altera/kits/nios2/bin/eclipse/plugins/com.micr otronix.nios2linux.kernel_1.4.0/linux-2.6.x/scripts/lxdialog/checklist.c:24: /usr/include/curses.h:1: parse error before `!'

What can i do now? My install order was Quartus II, NIOS II IDE and then nioslinux. Compiling sample c applications does work.

Anyway has anybody tried running linux on the (terasic trex c1 development kit (http://www.terasic.com/english/fpga_01.htm) ?

Best Regards,

Tobias
