I'm having trouble with your DSA tool for updating online drives. I've tried everything, uninstalled and reinstalled the tool, deactivated Norton 360, changed many browsers, and still get the same error. I'm attaching a screenshot. My operating system is Windows 11 and I have an Asus Vivo 15 laptop. This is what the Google Chrome console reports with F12. Than you.
