Trying to implement Intel vpro in company. Gave list of ports like 443 , 8080 to the firewall team. they are asking : 1. Does external traffic (endpoints that are outside corp network) also go through 8080 ? 2. Is 8080 encrypted ? It seems 443 is a default encrypted port then why 8080 is needed ? doesn't both ports serve same purpose ?
