Why is Intel® Xeon® Max Series missing from the Cloud Catalog?

Hi!

The overview page (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/devcloud/overview.html) says that Intel® Xeon® Max Series is available. But when I open my console catalog (https://cloud.intel.com/preview/compute/reserve?region=us-region-3&instance-type=pre-bm-spr), it's just not there. I see 4th, 5th, and 6th Gen Xeons, but no Max Series.

Is it available for cloud instances right now? Or do I need a special account to see it?
