I got a error when I just try to start the sample(matrix), which really confused me. the error shows like:
Collection failed. The data cannot be displayed.

Can you get back to us with the following information so that we can assist you better:
1. Intel VTune Profiler version
2. Operating System and hardware information like processor model
3. The exact steps that you followed so that we can try replicating this error from our side
4. Output of Intel VTune Profiler self-checker as per instructions below:
Linux Environment: Open a terminal window and run the commands below one by one:
source /opt/intel/oneapi/setvars.sh
sudo /opt/intel/oneapi/vtune/latest/bin64/vtune-self-checker.sh
OR
Windows Environment: Open command prompt with elevated/admin privileges and run the command below one by one:
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\intel\oneAPI\
setvars.bat
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\intel\oneAPI\vtune\latest\bin64\
vtune-self-checker.bat
