Core Duo support?

I am using Intel VTune Performance Analyzer 8.0 Build:21288.

This version doesn't seem to support the Core Duo processors (the VTune installation program complains about it during installation, and then the OS blue screens when I try to sample).

Is there an update available for the Core Duo? If so, where can I get it?
