Current v-tune download page does not seem to work

Dear Intel,

When I try and download Intel VTune standalone: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/vtune-profiler-download.html?operatingsystem=window&distributions=online whether using the offline or online installer, it simply doesn't start downloading.

Is the page broken somehow?

Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks.

Obviously. Any info other than that? That's pretty inspecific.... Is there maintenance going on? Are you deprecating vtune? etc? The website itself tells me it's unavailable, but why? When is later?

Thanks.

Intel doesn't deprecate VTune. It is just unable to download temporarily.

At the time it just started randomly working, but it looks broken again.

If you go to: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/vtune-profiler/installation-guide/2025-4/windows.html

Then click the "A standalone applicationr": https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/vtune-profiler-download.html?operatingsystem=window&distributions=offline nothing happens.

Intel could you please stop breaking this!

Also if you follow that link, you get stuck in a loop, where you click this:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/vtune-profiler.html

then get taken very time back to:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/overview.html

It's incredibly frustrating.

Not sure why this is so difficult.

It looks like all the pages under https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools are broken. I was able to upgrade VTune through the installer I already have, but I don't see a way to get to the download link without it. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

@optimizergal I reached out to some friends at Intel, and they helped me.

Go to: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/overview.html and search for "vtune". That should work.

The issue is there are many different ways to find things on the Intel website, not all of which work properly.

I did try that yesterday, and it was broken. It looks like they fixed all the links, since other oneAPI tool pages work now as well.

It's true that there are many different ways to find things. I find it easiest to use Google - as long as the pages still exist.

When searching for vtune, this link eventually pops up, and works: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/vtune-profiler-download.html?wapkw=vtune
