JA TENTEI TODAS FORMAS E DICAS, BAIXEI  O PACOTE COMPLETO DA POSITIVO E MESMO APÓS A INSTALAÇÃO O SOM NÃO FUNCIONA.  NO GERENCIADOR DE DISPOSITIVOS DIZ QUE O ESTÁ FUNCIONANDO CORRETAMENTE.  O PROBLEMA É SOMENTE COM O SOM, QUE NÃO FUNCIONA.
