This is typically a problem with the product components getting registered correctly. Have you ever successfully collected call graph data and viewed it?
If the data is displayed, but you don't see your application, ensure that you have full symbol information generated for the application and that the analyzer has located it. Open the configuration dialog for the call graph activity and find your application in the list of modules. Then, scroll, if necessary, to the "Debug Info" column. Does it havea "Yes" value for your module?
