Error whie installing Vtune 8.0

Hello,

I am new for VTune. While Installing VTune8.0from the Setup file, the InstallShield Wizard got interrupted,and reports to install the software at a later time. Everytime when i open the setup file, it reports this.

What is the problem ? Is there is anybody who had encountered the same problem?

Hi,

It might be a problem with InstallShield - do you have troubles installing other programs? Have you tried to install this VTune 8.0 package on another computer?

VTune 8.0 has been released about a year ago. The current version 9.0 has several advantages over 8.0 and support new OSes and processors. Is it possible for you to try it on this system? In case you still have problems - please submit this issue to the Premier support site. We then need to investigate it.

I was not able to find out the patch, that u have mentioned. Can u give the exact URL of the page where the patch exists.

Further i am trying to install in Microsoft Windows XP running on an Apple Computer
