I am new user of Intel VTune Amplifier XE 2011,I want to know how to realize the function of Counter Monitor in VTune Amplifier XE 2011 for Linux * OS ?

Counter Monitor feature isnever available on Linux* operation systems!
CM feature was available from old product VTune Performance Analyzer for Windows*
CM feature was NOTavaliable from new product VTune Amplifier XE 2011 for Windows*

I assume that you are using Intel Atom Processor, please refer to help file pmb.chm after installing the product (for example - under C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\VTune Amplifier XE 2011\documentation\en\help after install), search string "About Power Monitoring Events" then you will find associated performance counts.
About using the product on embedded system, please see this article.
