Intel® Driver & Support Assistant

Hi, I have a new Toughbook fz-40 with windows 11. I cannot get 

Intel® Driver & Support Assistant 

to function. It keeps giving me the msg. Something is BLOCKING program.

I have disabled my VPN, all extensions in my browser, Firefox. I cant figure out why it will not work. Any ideas. Thank-you.

This isn't VTune related, but I have the same problem. It shows a pop-up asking permission to scan every system on my LAN. And naturally I clicked No. Why do you need to do that, Intel? The support assistant apparently already knows I need two updates.
