I'm using Vtune on Fedora Core 3 in a Pentium 4 Hyperthreading processor. Vtune works normally when I select an application to run and when starts the Sampling Data Collection. But the Sampling Data Collection never finish, because the window closes suddenly and a new window pops up with the message: "JVM terminated. Error code=1".
Anybody could tell me what's wrong? What can I do to fix it?
Thanks in advance

Chances are something has crashed before JVM.
You might try to see if you can create a "pack and go" file from the state immediately before you start data collection. This file option is on File>Export. If you can do so, attach it to a problem report on your account on premier.intel.com.
