You may notice that recently released Intel(R) VTune(TM) Amplifier XE 2013 update 9 doesn't have “Hotspots” and “Lightweight Hotspots” analysis types. Instead, there appeared "“Basic Hotspots” and “Advanced Hotspots” analysis types. Among with the new names, there are some interface changes. Read more about renewed analyses in the KB article.
