Profiling C# Apps

Is this supported. I think I read somewhere that .NET applications aren't supported by the Remote Agent. If that's really true, do you know of any other resources for profiling such apps? Microsoft used to support profiling in C++ apps (instrumented functions to capture timing info) butI don't see that for C#.
