Reporting issues with Intel Driver & Support Assistant (Intel DSA)

I am experiencing an issue with Intel Driver & Support Assistant. The application does not complete the scan and displays an error message.

System Details:

  • Processor:  Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz (2.59 GHz)

  • OS: Windows Windows 11 Home Single Language & 26200.7922

  • Intel DSA Version: 25.4.36.6

Issue Details:
When I launch Intel DSA and start the scan, it gets stuck on “[Analyzing]” / shows “[Error message]”. Restarting the system and reinstalling the application did not resolve the problem.

Please advise on how to fix this issue.
