Running RDC without installing/running sampling driver or ntd on other m/c?

I am running the Remote Data Collection agent on a RHEL4 ia64 m/c and I want to use the GUI on another RHEL4 ia32 m/c without installing or running the vdk sampling driver or ntd (primarily because I dont have root access on the ia32 m/c as of now). Is this possible?

Sorry, but no. It is a requirement of the current product that you are root when installing it.
