Sampling error in Ubuntu 9.10

Hi,

I'm using Vtune Performance Analyzer Linux version 9.1 in Ubuntu 9.10. Every time I run the Sampling activity I get an error message:

Failed to create sampling data base. Probably .tb5 files are corrupted or don't exist.

Could anybody explain to me what should I do in order to fix this problem? Or is sampling activity is not supported yet in Ubuntu 9.10?

Thanks,

Lina

For current VTune Performance Analyzer v9.1 Update 7, it supports Ubuntu* until 9.04.

Ubuntu* 9.10 kernel is 2.6.31?? - still hasn't been supported yet.
