'Serious Error' profiling .NET application

I am trying torun a call graph profile on a .NET app. As soon as the wizard closes, and before my app starts, I get this error:

Serious Error

A serious error occurred in file D:VTune5.0analyzersrcAnalyzerWizardsVTCGraphWiz.cpp at line 631. The failed HRESULT that produced this error is 0x80040154. Please contact technical support.
---------------------------
OK

This happens for any .NET app I pick. VTune used to work for me. After not using it for a while, now all of a sudden, I can't profile any .NET app.

which version of VTune are you currently using? (Help --> about?)
