[Sigtest 4.0.52] Jitter Filter Order for PCIe3 and Gen4 is set to "10" in the SRIS Template

This snippet shows that the Jitter Filter Order is set to "10". But the comment says it can be either 0,1 or 2. 

Also on Jitter analysis, with the default template i.e "10" UTJ Spec fails whereas when I change it "2" in accordance with the comment to set a second order filter, it passes. 

Can someone please clarify?
